Return & Shipping Policy

Returns:

Your business is greatly appreciated!  If you are unsatisfied with any material purchased through GettingToGradSchool.com you are welcome to return it for a  refund.  All books must be in print, in good condition and less than 15 days old from your invoice date.  If you send in returns that are not in acceptable condition or are out of print they will be returned to you and the freight charges billed back to you once you submit a request to have them sent back.  The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the distributor.  Please contact GettingToGradSchool.com before you send back any returns. 

Shipping:
The Endless-Notes Booklet is usually shipped out next day USPS ground and takes 2-3 days to arrive. 

For all other order, they will be shipped out from the distributor directly to you. The shipping method is UPS ground and takes about 2-3 days to arrive.  Their orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Please direct shipping questions to info@gettingtogradschool.com.  Because we work directly with distributors to get you the lowest possible price, we can not guarantee an exact arrival time.  Orders are shipped promptly and we will do our best to expedite every order.  The standard shipping is ground, if you need special shipping instructions, please contact us BEFORE you place  your order so we can accommodate your request.  UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide a valid residential or commercial address to ensure property delivery.
