Be prepared to write essays similar to the ones found below.

1.      Describe a major change that you brought about in an organization and its impact on your progress as a leader.

2.      What do you wish the MBA Admissions Board had asked you?

3.      What have been your most noteworthy leadership roles to date? What was the most priceless lesson learned?

4.      What are your career aspirations, and how will an MBA help you reach them?

5.      Define success.

6.      Provide a open assessment of your strengths and weaknesses.

7.      Describe an ethical dilemma that you were faced with and what was the outcome.

8.      What are your three most significant accomplishments, and why do you view them as such?

9.      Describe when you were part of a team where the group process and/or intended outcome failed. What did you learn?

10.  Describe a personal feature or something in your background that will help the Admissions Committee to know you better.

11.  Describe a situation where your standards, ethics, or morals were challenged. How did you react to the situation?
